Orders & Shipping
Orders are prepared in 2–4 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5–10 business days after dispatch for destinations currently available at checkout. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Yes, we ship to over 30 countries worldwide, with tracking and insurance included on every international order. Import duties and taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from our Track Order page or your account dashboard.
Address changes are possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Fixtures must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Contact us with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Pack items in their original packaging and send them back using a carrier of your choice; return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
Products & Lighting
Yes. Every VAELOR fixture is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, modification, misuse, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
Most of our fixtures are designed for straightforward installation and include detailed instructions. For hardwired fixtures like chandeliers and ceiling lights, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician.
The majority of our fixtures feature integrated LED technology for energy efficiency and longevity. For fixtures with replaceable bulbs, the compatible bulb type and wattage are specified on each product page.
Our LED fixtures offer warm white (2700K–3000K) for a cozy ambiance, and some models include adjustable color temperature. Check each product page for specific details.
Many of our fixtures are dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch. Look for the dimmable icon on each product page or check the specifications for details.
