Processing & Handling
VAELOR orders are prepared for dispatch by our global fulfillment partners. Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During peak seasons and new collection drops, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

We are continuously working to establish reliable local warehouses across the globe. If your country does not yet have a local warehouse, delivery times may be longer — we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Orders under $75: flat rate of $6.
International Shipping
We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. All international orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included.
Duties and taxes: Import duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict whether additional charges will apply — please check with your local customs office for details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard or by visiting our Track Order page.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
