Wall sconces are made for company — they live in pairs, flanking a bed, a mirror, or a doorway, and our workshop ships them in matched sets. The minimum of two ensures your pair glows as one balanced composition (and it keeps the stone matching as closely as nature allows).
They are cut from matched alabaster stock, so the glow and tone will be sisters, not twins. Natural stone carries its own veining — that variation is the point, and the reason no two homes light the same.
The Pietra is hardwired, so if you do not have existing junction boxes where you want the pair, an electrician should install them. If boxes are already in place, the swap is a straightforward DIY job.
Nothing more than a soft dry cloth. Alabaster is stone — keep harsh cleaners and liquids away from it, and it will hold its glow for decades. Avoid damp bathrooms unless the room is well ventilated.
Pietra is designed primarily for warm ambient and accent light. For reading or other focused tasks, pair it with a dedicated task light or confirm the final LED output before ordering.
